60 Days Free Returns

You have 60 days from delivery to return your order, no questions asked. Return shipping is free on orders delivered within the United States.

Why 60 days

Sixty days is longer than most retailers give you, and it is deliberate. A playpen or a play mat has to work in your actual room, with your actual child, before you really know whether it fits your life. We would rather you take the time than rush the decision.

How to start a return

1. Email info@zetyproducts.com or use our contact form with your order number.
2. Once your return is approved, we send a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Pack the item and send it back using the label.
4. We process your refund within 48 hours of receiving it, to your original payment method.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

International orders

For orders shipped outside the United States, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We will send the return address and instructions once your return is approved. Duties, taxes and customs fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us right away and we will make it right as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on our website are covered by our 1-Year Parts Guarantee. If you need a replacement part within a year of purchase, reach out and we will take care of it.
