60-day returns

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, no questions asked.

How to start a return

Email info@zetyproducts.com or use our contact form with your order number.
Once your return is approved, we provide a return shipping label and clear instructions on where to send your package.
Send the item back using the label.

Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, we process your refund within 48 hours, back to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

International orders

Free return shipping is available on orders delivered within the United States. For orders shipped outside the U.S., return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We'll provide the return address and instructions once your return is approved, and your refund is issued once the item is received at our warehouse. Any duties, taxes or customs fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Damages or issues
