The ZETY Wooden Activity Playpen (Geometry, 10-Panel) is a foldable natural pine play yard that assembles into a 95 x 63 x 24 in enclosure — the largest floor footprint in the ZETY playpen lineup. It's built for parents who want room for two kids to crawl and stand side by side, or for a single toddler who needs more open floor space than an 8-panel pen allows.
The 10 panels reconfigure into rectangles, squares, or angled layouts to fit awkward room corners, and connect with a reinforced nylon pop-button system — no tools required. Built-in geometric activity panels give babies something to interact with from either side of the pen. The pine is left paint-free for everyday nursery, playroom, or living-room use. The playpen is tested by SGS, with a Children's Product Certificate on file.
Yes. SGS, a CPSC-accepted laboratory, tested it to the US safety standard for expandable enclosures (ASTM F1004 / 16 CFR 1239) and for lead and phthalates (ASTM F963), report SHHL260100532701IP-2, August 2026. It passed every test, including the tests on the gaps and openings between the slats. Use it on a flat floor, with the door latched and an adult nearby.
Babies and toddlers up to 3 years old. Stop using it once your child can climb out or reaches 35 in (89 cm) tall, whichever comes first. It is a play space, not a sleep space.
The 10 panels set up as a 95 x 63 x 24 in rectangle. Each panel is 28.3 in wide and 24 in tall, so you can also build a square, an L or an angled shape around your room. Compare sizes with the 8-panel version or read our 8-panel or 10-panel size guide.
No. The panels join with nylon pop-button connectors. Press the top button on a connector to change the angle of a joint. The pen folds flat for storage.
Shipping is free within the US. Orders ship within 1 business day, Sunday through Friday, and most arrive 1 to 4 days after they ship. It comes in one box, 32 x 25 x 10 in, about 35 lb.
You have 60 days from delivery to return it, and return shipping is free within the US. Orders placed on zetyproducts.com also carry our 1-Year Parts Guarantee: if you need a replacement part within a year, we send it. See our return policy.
Yes. Add the Playpen Expansion Set (2 panels) or the Activity Expansion Set. To pad the floor, add the Geometry play mat for the 10-panel. Prefer the other theme? See the Under the Sea playpen.
Every ZETY product is tested by an independent, CPSC-accepted laboratory. The full reports and the assembly manual are here to download, with no sign-up.

We love this wooden playpen! The natural wood design looks beautiful in our home, and I love that we can create a spacious, flexible play area for our little one. It gives her room to play independently while helping us create a safe, designated space. The panels are versatile and can be arranged to fit our needs like how we have it set up in our living room, and the overall look is much nicer than a traditional plastic playpen. It’s a great addition to our home and a space our little one can enjoy every day!
playpen and mat we ordered are both excellent quality and were very easy to set up. Shipping was fast and the entire ordering process was smooth. I did experience some communication issues with Tyler initially; however, once my items were delivered, he reached out personally to apologize and made things right.
There was confusion about my original order, and Tyler had the item sent out within days.

Great playpen. Good quality, great size, easy to put together and sturdy.

We bought an extra large playpen with the corresponding mat, and I love them both! The playpen is very well made and aesthetically pretty, and the mat is soft (it has two parts: insert and a waterproof / easy to clean cover, with the bottom part being completely non slippery). My baby loves rolling on the mat and the space is just right. Both items arrived fast.

Really well made play pen. I’m not a fan of the door mechanism as it’s really hard to open the bottom portion with a baby in your arms… all in all we’d order again!

My favorite baby product I've purchased. Beautifully crafted, ingenious design, easy to assemble, arrived early. Exactly as pictured and just gorgeous for my daughter's Montessori-inspired playspace.
The cat loves it too, as you can see.

This playpen is such great quality and was easy to put together! My daughter loves the toys on the walls and it is sturdy enough that she can use it to pull herself up to standing. Would 100% reccomend!

My baby loves this playpen. The built in games are excellent.
I absolutely love this playpen! It feels sturdy, looks beautiful, and gives my baby so much room to play safely. The activity panels are such a cute touch and make it feel more fun than a basic playpen.
ZETY truly has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I made a mistake when ordering but they were so patient and helpful from start to finish. They went above and beyond, responded quickly, and made the whole process so easy. I’m extremely happy with the product and the company. Definitely 5 stars!
Just as high quality as I hoped it would be. splinter free pine with no finish should be good for chewing on, and all the panels are sturdy, same with the connections.p
I bought this for my niece who is expecting her first child in November. She is out of state from me, so I am awaiting her feedback when she opens the gift! It is a beautiful piece - I cannot wait to get pictures from her and her feedback.
I'm so happy I found Zety- the playpen is the perfect size and my baby loves the interactive walls. The wood is beautiful and smooth (don't have to worry about splintering) and it was relatively easy to put together once I saw how the joints worked. However, I will say the visual instructions were not clear to me and I ended up figuring out how to do the joints way after putting it together for the first time, when I saw the dowels were not straight. It's nice and sturdy, but not very easy to put away quickly (hence I've left it out in our living room). But I'm VERY happy with it.

We love our purchase. It’s perfect for our twins. Thought I’d match the description and it seems to be great quality. The item shipped within days of ordering and was easy to assemble. The customer service was not great . I did receive a response for my initial message but every message after that went without a reply.
came as depicted in images, very sturdy and easy to put together
