I did experience some communication issues with Tyler initially; however, once my items were delivered, he reached out personally to apologize and made things right.

We bought an extra large playpen with the corresponding mat, and I love them both! The playpen is very well made and aesthetically pretty, and the mat is soft (it has two parts: insert and a waterproof / easy to clean cover, with the bottom part being completely non slippery). My baby loves rolling on the mat and the space is just right. Both items arrived fast.

Really well made play pen. I’m not a fan of the door mechanism as it’s really hard to open the bottom portion with a baby in your arms… all in all we’d order again!

This playpen is such great quality and was easy to put together! My daughter loves the toys on the walls and it is sturdy enough that she can use it to pull herself up to standing. Would 100% reccomend!

Just as high quality as I hoped it would be. splinter free pine with no finish should be good for chewing on, and all the panels are sturdy, same with the connections.p
I bought this for my niece who is expecting her first child in November. She is out of state from me, so I am awaiting her feedback when she opens the gift! It is a beautiful piece - I cannot wait to get pictures from her and her feedback.
I'm so happy I found Zety- the playpen is the perfect size and my baby loves the interactive walls. The wood is beautiful and smooth (don't have to worry about splintering) and it was relatively easy to put together once I saw how the joints worked. However, I will say the visual instructions were not clear to me and I ended up figuring out how to do the joints way after putting it together for the first time, when I saw the dowels were not straight. It's nice and sturdy, but not very easy to put away quickly (hence I've left it out in our living room). But I'm VERY happy with it.
