Description
The ZETY Wooden Activity Playpen (Geometry, 8-Panel) is a foldable natural pine play yard that assembles into a 63 x 63 in enclosure — the standard-size option for a single baby's crawling, tummy-time, and early-standing space. It's the right fit for smaller nurseries or apartments where the 10-panel version would take up too much floor.
Eight panels connect with a reinforced nylon pop-button system into a square, rectangle, or corner-fit layout without any tools. Built-in geometric activity panels give babies something to reach for and explore from inside or outside the pen. The pine is left paint-free, and the whole pen folds flat when not in use. The playpen is tested by SGS, with a Children's Product Certificate on file.

Is this playpen safe?
Yes. SGS, a CPSC-accepted laboratory, tested it to the US safety standard for expandable enclosures (ASTM F1004 / 16 CFR 1239) and for lead and phthalates (ASTM F963), report SHHL260100532701IP-2, August 2026. It passed every test, including the tests on the gaps and openings between the slats. Use it on a flat floor, with the door latched and an adult nearby.
What age is it for?
Babies and toddlers up to 3 years old. Stop using it once your child can climb out or reaches 35 in (89 cm) tall, whichever comes first. It is a play space, not a sleep space.
How big is it?
The 8 panels set up as a 63 x 63 x 24 in square. Each panel is 28.3 in wide and 24 in tall, so you can also build a square, an L or an angled shape around your room. Compare sizes with the 10-panel version or read our 8-panel or 10-panel size guide.
Do I need tools to put it together?
No. The panels join with nylon pop-button connectors. Press the top button on a connector to change the angle of a joint. The pen folds flat for storage.
How fast does it ship?

playpen and mat we ordered are both excellent quality and were very easy to set up. Shipping was fast and the entire ordering process was smooth. We bought an extra large playpen with the corresponding mat, and I love them both! The playpen is very well made and aesthetically pretty, and the mat is soft (it has two parts: insert and a waterproof / easy to clean cover, with the bottom part being completely non slippery). My baby loves rolling on the mat and the space is just right. Both items arrived fast.

Really well made play pen. I’m not a fan of the door mechanism as it’s really hard to open the bottom portion with a baby in your arms… all in all we’d order again!

This playpen is such great quality and was easy to put together! My daughter loves the toys on the walls and it is sturdy enough that she can use it to pull herself up to standing. Would 100% reccomend!

I absolutely love this playpen! It feels sturdy, looks beautiful, and gives my baby so much room to play safely. The activity panels are such a cute touch and make it feel more fun than a basic playpen.

Just as high quality as I hoped it would be. splinter free pine with no finish should be good for chewing on, and all the panels are sturdy, same with the connections.p

I bought this for my niece who is expecting her first child in November. She is out of state from me, so I am awaiting her feedback when she opens the gift! It is a beautiful piece - I cannot wait to get pictures from her and her feedback.

I'm so happy I found Zety- the playpen is the perfect size and my baby loves the interactive walls. The wood is beautiful and smooth (don't have to worry about splintering) and it was relatively easy to put together once I saw how the joints worked. However, I will say the visual instructions were not clear to me and I ended up figuring out how to do the joints way after putting it together for the first time, when I saw the dowels were not straight. It's nice and sturdy, but not very easy to put away quickly (hence I've left it out in our living room). But I'm VERY happy with it.
